If you cannot prove that your systems are in accordance with the Health Technical Memorandum 03, you could be liable for misconduct in the event of an infectious disease outbreak or incident.
HTM 03-01 has outlined guidance and procedures for the NHS properties and the management of their ventilation equipment. For more details about what this means for you please contact us and one of our specialists will assist.
With over 10 years' experience within the healthcare sector, the Ductclean (UK) Ltd team will provide expert guidance in maintaining all aspects of ventilation systems. We are pioneers in using new technologies for measuring system cleanliness and for innovative remedial solutions.
We utilise a specialist mobile containment unit (as seen in the picture), it is used not only to transport tools and equipment to the work area, but also houses our platform steps which are used to access grilles and ducted systems that run above the ceilings.
The unit is manoeuvred into position and then elevated to ceiling height. Our engineer then enters the enclosure, and seals the side panel. This provides a fully enclosed workspace within which works both above & below ceiling level can be conducted.
Not only does the unit provide an enclosure within which works can be carried out discretely under controlled conditions, in addition the unit controls and contains dust & airborne particulates released whilst carrying out the works. Even the action removing of a single ceiling tile, can release dust and debris into the environment, our containment unit ensures that all such contaminants are contained within the enclosure.
