Following our recent visit to NADCA’s annual meeting and exposition earlier this year we had the privilege to meet Mr Bob Krell. Bob Krell carried out a very memorable presentation on the topic of ventilation hygiene in the healthcare sector, but to grab our attention and interact with the audience Bob surprised everyone by coming on stage as the character Jack Sparrow from the well-known film Pirates of the Caribbean. His unforgettable presentation was overwhelming, very professional and struck a chord with Nigel Jones and Paul Davies.
After detailed discussions in Marco Island Bob and his fiancée Kristi agreed to visit the UK to understand more about Ductclean (UK) Ltd and to compare the differences between the two countries.
Bob and Kristi arrived on the 11th June 2015 and spent a week traveling to see various Ductclean (UK) Ltd sites, experiencing the training academy and all the services we offer. As part of the trip Bob and Kristi visited the O2 arena where they got to observe the Vanguard Technologies Sensor in action. The Vanguard sensor is unique to Ductclean (UK) Ltd and is the only technology of its kind in the world.
Bob is also the President of IAQ Technologies Inc. and the founder and publisher of Healthy Indoors magazine. IAQ Technologies is an indoor environmental consulting, remediation and training company based in Syracuse, New York. Established in 1990, which provides services to a variety of clients throughout the United States. Healthy Indoors Magazine is dedicated to improving the indoor environments where we spend much of our lives.
At the conference Bob Krell was inducted to the Hall of Fame for his contribution to the ventilation hygiene industry and to NADCA for over 25 years. After joining the NADCA Board of Directors in 1990, Bob was elected for three consecutive terms from 1990-2000, during his eleven-year board tenure. Krell founded NADCA’s Government Affairs Committee and served on many other committees including the Standards Committee, Annual Conventions Committee and Executive Committee.
A collaboration is now in the final stages between Healthy Indoors and Ductclean (UK) Ltd. Please keep looking at our news page for further developments.
