The assessor was extremely impressed with the passion and enthusiasm for the company on every level of staff, a brilliant learning and development strategy, strong management and inspirational leadership.

The Investors in People Gold Award is awarded to organisations demonstrating best practice in people management and development. Following a rigorous assessment that included lengthy interviews with a large number of staff from right across the company, we are now one of the 12,943 recognised organisations by Investors in People, and only 7.4% have achieved the Gold award to date (statistics from May 2015)
The achievement of this prestigious Gold Investors in People Status is in recognition of the hard work delivered by all Ductclean (UK) Ltd staff to improve the leadership, management and development of our staff, enabling us to transform through our people.
