Lewisham Homes awards Contract to DCUK FM

DCUK FM are pleased to announce we have been awarded the 5 year Framework contract for the Repair and Maintenance of Ventilation Plant and Controls for Lewisham Homes from January 2017 and will be managed from DCUK FM’s Ilderton Road Office.

The project entails the planned maintenance of all Lewisham Homes’ communal and domestic fans, associated controls and wiring, phased removal and replacement of existing fans with low energy, high efficiency fan units and communal ventilation cleaning to all high rise blocks.
