DCUK FM have successfully secured the Nottingham City Homes contract for the ‘Replacement and Maintenance of Roof Top Fans and Outlets, Cleaning of Extract Ducting’.
The works cover the removal and replacement of all existing fan units, cleaning of all associated communal ductwork and to remove and replace all existing grilles. This will involve accessing over 1000 properties over 8 high rise blocks.
DCUK FM have a vast experience with working in the social housing sector and since 2015 we have carried out over 16,000 cleans to individual properties and installed on average one communal high efficiency twin fan unit per week (circa 400 off).
We provide in-house tenant liaison officers/resident liaison officers and are proud of our dwellings average access rate of 96%.
Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is an Arms’ Length Management Organisation (ALMO) created in 2005 by Nottingham City Council to manage its housing stock of 27,000 rented homes and over 1,000 leasehold properties. This includes approximately 18,000 houses and bungalows, 2,000 high rise flats and almost 8,000 low rise flats (including independent living accommodation for older people).
