DCUK FM are committed to equal opportunities and have now signed the Business in the Community’s Race at Work Charter. An initiative designed for businesses to collectively commit to improving equal opportunities for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and ethnically diverse employees in the UK.
By signing this charter, DCUK FM expands our commitment to building greater diversity across all levels of the organisation and creating a truly inclusive culture that allows our colleagues to have their voices heard.
The Race at Work Charter calls on businesses to:
