DCUK FM are pleased to announce that following nearly six months of a challenging pre-qualification and tendering process we have secured our place on Transport for London (TfL) Framework Agreement for Scientific Services and Remedial Works concerning Hazardous Materials. We have been awarded places on both Remedial Works Lots tendered, Lot 2 Licenced Removal Works and Lot 3 Heavy Maintenance and Project Works (Licenced works supporting Construction works/Track works).
The contract covers the provision of hazardous materials services (including asbestos, lead paint and PCBs) across the entire TfL portfolio, including London’s buses, the Tube network, Docklands Light Railway, Overground, Trams, Santander Cycles, London River Services, Victoria Coach Station, the Emirates Air Line, London Transport Museum and a 580km network of main roads.
The contract award secures the legacy of high quality service provision to TfL inherited during the acquisition of Forest Environmental earlier this year and provides DCUK FM with the opportunity to extend that legacy into the future. We are very excited to have added TfL to our key client portfolio and look forward to providing high quality services in partnership with both their internal project and maintenance teams and external partners.
The contract goes live this month and is expected to run until 2025.
