We currently hold the contract for the annual cleans of approximately 340 sites across England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. This contract initially started with Ventilation Hygiene and Grease Cleaning which includes the bakery ovens and hot chicken rotisseries. We are also contracted to carry out Fire Damper inspections and maintenance and AHU heating coil cleaning.
A Ventilation Management Programme Report is issued for every site cleaned. This ensures a full paper trail of works. Each report details the pre and post status of the systems, access issues, recommendations, photographic evidence of the cleaning, etc. We also compile detailed reports, similar to the VMP Report, for all fire damper works.
We operate a Service Level Management System, which assists us to monitor and manage our quality service through our bespoke KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). DCUK FM compare actual performance against predefined expectations, determining appropriate actions and producing meaningful reports. Performance degradation is highlighted by an alert/flagging system, this minimises the risk of under-performance. Key indicators (CSF) Critical Success Factors are agreed between the client and DCUK FM, we set out to ensure that these CSF’s are measured through our KPI’s.
Our auditing processes have been designed to ensure both employees and processes are audited for continuous improvement purposes and to minimise risk and complacency. All sites are subject to unannounced audits carried out by our Health, Safety & Environmental Department. These audits are created to simulate those carried out by the HSE.
