DCUK FM operate an Out of Hours help desk which is linked to our normal office telephone number 0870 112 9196. This is a manned system, 24/7/365, and then subsequently mobilise our, out of hours teams who will report immediately to our client representative confirmation of ETA for our emergency response team.  

The emergency support unit is equipped with most eventualities to stabilise a situation and control the event until planned considerations can be implemented. We currently operate this system for various blue chip organisations.

All nominated helpdesk employees are trained on communication and telephone skills and have vast practical experience covering the main services that we provide such as ventilation hygiene, asbestos removal and reinstatement works; it is likely that the call will be answered by a fully qualified manager, contracts manager, site manager or senior personnel. This allows us to provide accurate best practice advice to the client immediately and mobilise teams, as required to answer emergency requirements.
