The World’s first ductwork deposit monitoring sensor.
VST Global is a multinational technology company headquartered in the UK and founded in 2006 by Nigel Jones, Paul Davies and Simon Layer. It was incorporated as Vanguard Sensor Technology in November 2007 and rebranded as VST Global in 2017, to reflect its shifted focus towards buildings and ventilation safety worldwide. The company is now operated by Nigel’s three sons Ryan, Danny and Kenny Jones and the original founder, Paul Davies’ son, Lewis.
The VST project began in 2006, when the LEXI sensor was invented and named after the first grandchild of Nigel Jones.
The idea was innovative. To create a monitoring tool that took the risk of human error away and introduce an accurate measurement system that could reduce the cost of cleaning and provide continuous precise
readings.
2018 introduced, the LEXI, an advanced, more powerful, re-engineered sensor. The LEXI reaches a new level of innovation and precision with the entire enclosure designed to be durable and robust.
The idea behind LEXI was simple: to craft the ultimate sensor experience yet. Easy to install, seamless communication, paired with high-performance processors and to accurately monitor ductwork across a client’s whole portfolio. The original Lexi sensor introduced the World to real-time accurate monitoring within a ventilation and kitchen extract system. The next generation of sensors takes the original
concept to the next level. Bringing every client closer to their system, via a mobile app.
Patent Protected. Challenged by NASA. A British Innovation.
